Our Team

Sheri has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration and has 15+ years’ experience in association management, financial management, and event planning. She also has a certification in social media management.

When not at work, Sheri is with her husband, Ray, three children (ages 15, 10 and 5) and her two dogs and two cats. Her passions include event planning, working with non-profits, autism awareness, reading, watching movies and traveling.

Jackie has over 40 years’ experience in association management, marketing, financial management, human resources and public speaking.

Jackie enjoys spending time with her husband of 44 years as well as her sweet grandchildren, Kenny (age 10) and Zoey (age 5)! She loves going with the grandchildren to fun places and having them over to her house. Jackie also enjoys reading, sewing, scrapbooking and making cards. She enjoys traveling, but since her hubby doesn’t like to, she gets her travel in through business travels. Jackie's newest hobby is playing Mahjong every week.

Jackie Symons Founder

Marcie has a bachelor’s degree of Science in Communications and has 40+ years' experience in association management, editing, business writing, public speaking, marketing, and human resources. Marcie was a radio personality and Director of Public Affairs and Programming in Columbus, Ohio.

Marcie Price Co-Founder

Becky has an associate degree in Business Administration. Her responsibilities include graphic design, marketing, editing, publication production and design, social media and web design.

When not in the office, Becky is spending time with her husband and two boys (ages 9 and 15), as well as their three dogs (2 English Labradors and a Cocker Spaniel). Becky enjoys painting and creating crafts and is always looking for new projects to learn.

Becky McWilliam Executive Administrator, Graphic Design & Webmaster

Mary is a Navy veteran and assists with administrative tasks such as event planning, database management, electronic communications, membership and continuing education programs. She has a certification in social media management. Mary also manages the Best Benefits Club, which is an employee perks program under the J&M umbrella.

Mary is married and the proud mother of two boys and one girl. She enjoys listening to David Bowie, spending time with friends, and watching her daughter play softball for Ursuline College.

Mary Ferretti Executive Administrator & Accreditation Specialist

Marlee has a bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, certification in social media management, and 10 years of business experience. Her expertise includes association management, event planning, electronic commiciations, social media, bookkeeping, and continuing education.

When she's not at the office, Marlee likes long walks on the beach, enjoying brunch with friends, and Marvel movies (She says she has seen every Marvel movie probably a thousand times). Marlee also enjoys the occasional good book. She is a fur mom and loves her dogs so much!

Marlee Bunge Executive Administrator, Marketing & Communications Specialist

After being a stay at home mom for the last 8 years, Amy is excited to go back to work. As the newest member of the J&M staff, she is currently learning social media and communications as well as helping out with other projects as needed.

When not at work, Amy is with her husband and three children (ages 15, 8 and 6). Amy loves cooking and doing crafts. She is also is involved in her local Cub Scout program and has just become Assistant Den Leader of her daughter’s den. Amy also enjoys hiking, reading, and playing board games with friends.

Amy Ashworth Administrative Assistant

Kelly handles all front desk and receptionist duties, as well as sales for Best Benefits Club. She assists with mailings, membership and event support.

In her off time Kelly likes to read, listen to music and watch Netflix.
